Are CP9 Powerful? - One Piece

 Who is this CP9 in One Piece? Are they really strong? Well! CP9 is a secret organization in One Piece series, somehow acts as the head of the marines and it's hideout is an island populary known as Enies Lobby. Yes, CP9 is incredibly strong where none of the pirates could ever defeat them after their formation. The CP9 consist of 4 strongest members of all. They are Khalifa, Blueno, Kaku and Rob Lucci. The CP9 is led by Spandam, the son of Spandine who destroyed the entire Ohara island which was actually a hometown of Nico Robin. In the past, Spandine was the cheif of CP9.

CP9 in One Piece 

 However, as time pass, his son Spandam becomes the successor of Spandine as the cheif of CP9. Likewise, CP9 has 9 Assasins and 2 Pets known as Hattori and Funkfreed. Back when Nico Robin was just a child she faced a lot of challenges with the marines since she could read the language of Ponelgyes as well as became archeologist when she was only 2. Thus, the government thought she would be threat in future if she is kept alive and decides to take her down. Nonetheless, Nico Robin had a giant friend named Saul who saved her from an attack of Buster Call because once Saul was also a former Vice Admiral of marine but left the marine after meeting Nico Robin's mother Nico Olvia.

 Although Saul gives his best to protect Nico Robin from marines when she was only 2 years old. Kuzan Aokiji was superior and powerful than Saul due to his Ice Ice Devil Fruit. Aokiji comes in between and even freezes the Saul's body turning him completely into ice. Nevertheless, Saul tells her to escape Ohara by using his boat to run away and also tells her that someday you'll meet your friends who will protect and love you unconditionally. 

The Cheif Spandam 

On the contrary, Nico Robin had to tackle Aokiji but Nico Robin was fortunate enough to get escaped from marine as unexpectedly Aokiji helped her by drawing a line by freezing the ocean instead of killing her instantly. Moreover, Aokiji also tells the same thing like her mother. "Live Robin." which makes her happy as well as sad. 

Strongest 4 Members of CP9 

Now let's come back to CP9. The CP9 has brutal 9 Assasins who directly work under the command of cheif Spandam. The strongest of all 9 Assasins was Rob Lucci who has the power of Neko Neko no Mi, where he can turn himself into leopard when combating with his opponents. When Nico Robin was about to taken as a prisoner.

Luffy, the captain of Straw Hat Pirates decides to bring her back to his crew. So, makes a move along with his crew members. When they barely made up to Enies Lobby with a help of a Sea Train. Nico Robin was already taken. Additionally, the cheif Spandam makes a plan to give 5 keys to his subordinates in order to confuse Straw Hat Pirates and also to buy their time as well as to prevent them from rescuing Nico Robin. 

Luffy Versus Rob Lucci 

 However, all of the subordinates of Spandam got defeated and Franky makes a move to safe Nico Robin by letting Luffy to battle with Rob Lucci. Luffy hardly keeps up with Rob Lucci because he had enough Sage of Six Powers as well as being a strongest member of CP9 Assasins. After putting soo much effort at the end, Luffy beats Rob Lucci by using his Third Gear and punches him with giant fist eventually giving massive damage to his body. Thus, Luffy defeats Rob Lucci because Luffy gets cheers from his friends that they were waiting for him to escape the Enies Lobby. 

Robin becomes happy at the end

 Most surprisingly, even Straw Hat Pirates battleship Merry comes to evacuate them when marines were about to kill them by firing canons toward them. Before leaving Enies Lobby, Nico Robin stands in the middle of their ship and takes revenge upon Spandam for mistreating her when she decides to sacrifice her life in order to safe their friends. However, Straw Hat Pirates successfully safes Nico Robin. As a result, her flashback takes her on a rampage. Ultimately, breaking the spine of cheif Spandam with her Flower Flower Devil Fruit's ability. Once again, Nico Robin unites with Straw Hat Pirates and later Franky, not only joins their crew but also builds a battleship for Straw Hat Pirates where Franky gets a helping hands from Ice-berg as well, which was 2 times bigger than their former ship Merry. Therefore, the Straw Hat Pirates breaks the record of CP9 though CP9 was powerful than other pirates.
